2. Services

JH Auto Care provides premium mobile auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, interior restoration, and related vehicle care services at locations throughout Jackson Hole and surrounding areas. Services are performed at the location you provide, such as your home or workplace, subject to safe and reasonable working conditions.

We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle or location presents safety concerns, severe damage, hazardous materials, or conditions that would prevent us from delivering quality results.

3. Quotes & Bookings

Quotes submitted through our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, location, and any additional services requested. A booking is confirmed only after we review your request and you accept the proposed date, time, and price.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible. We understand plans change and will work with you to find a better time.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods discussed during scheduling. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

We take great care in handling every vehicle and use professional-grade products and techniques. However, JH Auto Care is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, loose trim, peeling paint, aging materials, or conditions that are revealed or worsened during the normal course of detailing.

Customers are encouraged to disclose any known concerns before service begins. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us promptly so we can address your concerns and make it right, subject to reasonable inspection.
